Default Phubar's Quack-a-Doodle-Que Pron

Rubbed the duck quarter and breast with coarse seasalt and cracked black.
Placed them on top of the tater dish to catch some duck Phat...there's garlic,scallion,chardonnay,cream,salt,pepper in there.
Served with a beansprout salad...
