Kinda late posting my super bowl snack... I was late for the game too, missed the whole first quarter.


Made a loaf of garlic bread...










did a "mini" crawdad boil on the drum..
started with potatoes, onions, lemon juice, garlic, crab boil, smoked sausage, cayenne and coarse salt in the pot.



added corn brushed with olive oil, seasoned with coarse salt and cracked black pepper and wrapped in bacon...






when the tatoes started to get tender I added crawdads..


then shrimp..



a few crab legs..







It's the same thing I served last year but friends made me do it.
