Baby backs cost more. Spares are bigger and have more meat. It's often said that u get what you pay for? Which rib is the better buy? Why?
I've eaten baby backs, but have never cooked them. I've only bought spares, and I think they (mine) are better than any baby backs I eaten. I might be biased though.
So again, which rib is the better buy and why?
