Well i figure its time!!! Time to step into the realm of digital thermometers, and yes i know there are other threads covering this topic but this one is mine and i wanna talk about it. I want a dual probe, one that covers both my pit temp and my meat. Problem is the quality seems to be hit and miss with these units some love them others say they suck stay away. The thermapen seems to be a true winner all the time so thats a option for sure but then i still have the issue of the pit temp.
