Alright, keeping everyone up to date.........
Beer Count-1 (2 cases of Sam Adams Boston Lager)
Start Time-1:30 PM
Temp-240
Biskets- 15lb and 9lb
Rub- Old Brisket #2 (Texas BBQ Brand)

Just before placing smaller Bisket in.....


After both are inside before closing lid for last time.....
