I've planned trade show hopsitality as part of my job and have been to hundreds of banquets like this one. For my part:

- Activities were non-existent. Do something fun and get people involved.
- For $60, buy me a couple beers with dinner.
- Put a welcome bag together with a few "goodies".
- Rent the room for the WHOLE night and get a DJ or band after the awards.

These are the people that MAKE KCBS possible, make us feel like you want us there and want us to have fun.
