Default Ferris Wheel Ribs

i made two racks of spareribs on Saturday. i cooked them for 4hrs at 250-275 grill temp. the only seasoning i used was Montreal steak seasoning (no sauce, i ate them as they where) and they tasted fantastic and fall off the bone. (That's how my wife likes them)

the loin of the spares turned out great as well.

1. Gas UDS 1. charcoal UDS
2. Big gassers 2. 22.5 kettles
a torch and weed burner in case the others fail, or i just want to burn somthin.
