To be Kosher the animal has to be certified pure and blessed by a Rabi, it also has to do with the the way it is butchered. I used to raise Kosher Beef on contract. For the record I aint jewish.
I never met a Cow that I didn't like with a little Salt & Pepper! Certified PORK-A-HOLIC
