The first time I was in Asia and a friend said "Let's get a cold noodle salad"
I had the typical ignorant Aussie reaction of "WTF...cold noodles...oh gross, that is just wrong!"
Ate some and it was
"Oh holy moley, how is it that this stuff isn't in my country!!"
I was a little outraged, it is just so good, especially when it is a hot day.
You know, it still isn't available generally, only is special places.
Crazy, I have never introduced it to anyone and not had them love it.
