I made a hybrid soup kind of a combination gumbo and Mexican soup with a little asian mixed in.
Fish, shrimp, crab, onions, carrots, red peppers, spinach, bok choy, chile de arbol, guajillo chiles, rice wine vinegar, roux, homemade stock, garlic.
I think that is all that was in it.
Here it is. Only thing that really takes any time is the roux and making the chile sauce to add to it.
