Default Saturday night ribs...(pron)

Thanks to the Almighty Father for giving us the pig. This had to be my absolute best rack yet. 3-2-1/2 on a Weber Kettle. Still had a bite but just barely, and a sweet crust with no bbq sauce (that's honey and brown sugar).

5 yo daughter gave me a hug and a bbq kiss, can't beat that!!!
