I don't have a large cooking area but with my kettle and my Jambo....I also have a camp stove with a high pressure burner on one side and a regular low pressure burner on the other. One of my FAVORITE things is to oil up the cast iron skillet and fry either cube chopped steak or chicken tenders outside.....to me the flavor is the best AND....no grease in the kitchen!!!!!!....Needless to say my significant other LOVES it when I fry outside!!
