Actually, this is pretty interesting. I probably won't be doing this, but this will be one of those things that'll pop into what's left of my brain at some moment when I'm standing at the counter and saying "this dish needs a little something". Then I'll remember this and go
. Then I'll serve it, someone will compliment my cooking, and I'll take full credit even though I wasn't the one who did the research.
