Rack Size Information:
  • Three racks: 23” x 23″ each rack can accommodate a full size pan
  • 5 1/2″ spacing between racks
Cook Chamber Dimensions:
  • 23″ W x 23″ D x 18″ H
Over All Dimensions:
  • 33″ W x 43″ D x 59″ H (including casters, handle, and thermometer)
Standard Features:
  • Rear mounted, tapered charcoal chute prevents charcoal “bridging” and promotes even temperatures throughout cook chamber
  • Heat shield at transfer tube aids in heat deflection from firebox for more even temperatures throughout cook chamber
  • Fully insulated cook chamber
  • 2″ mineral wool insulation on all sides of cook chamber
