We went hog hunting last week and brought back a bunch of wild pork. My son killed this lil 25-30# pig the first day, so I rubbed it up and threw it on the smoker whole (after cutting it in two so it would fit) a couple days ago. Delicious! Good stuff, hard to beat free pork!
