Your video inspired me. I made a pork rib roast last night for the family's New Year's Eve dinner. Having never made this cut before I followed your video recipe to a T.

I have to say it was absolutely delicious. Moist, tender and flavorful. Everone loved it and they are already asking me to make it again!
