There is a restaurant called Perry's steakhouse down here in the Houston area that serves what they call their "famous pork chop". What it is, is a three-bone pork rib roast. Costs $34.95 (cheapest cut of meat on the menu) and it is really good. Way too much for one person to eat in one sitting, they carve it into three pieces tableside, what they call the "eyelash", "roast" and "chop" portions. I usually eat about half of it and bring the rest home for lunch the next day. They finish it with an apple glaze and serve it with applesauce for dipping. I keep looking for one of these in our local supermarkets, but so far, no luck. I really want to try one on the smoker.
