Mr. Wayne,UNFORTUNATELY ,MOST Memphis Bbq is disappointing nowadays.

There are a FEW good ones left but not many.The good ones are in a part of town that you need armed bodyguards to visit.There are a few newer one but they are so commercialized it is sickening.
