I got 2 meat slicers, Chef's Choice 610 and Cabela's 150 Pro. Keeping the Chef's Choice 610 after running side by side comparison with pastrami and pork loin. Now I'll use the $ from the returned slicer and get the A-Maze-n Pellet Smoker and do some bacon and cheese. The slicer and last year's gift of a Food Saver means I'll have a freezer full of sliced meats and cheeses.
