Okay, so waitin for Wifey and the kids to get back from the the Inlaws. They are making a huge batch of these for the party. Kinda like a Mexican/Sweet Appetizer.

Got the "petite" ribeyes seasoned and getting em to room temp. Got some bacon wrapped 'sparagus. We all need to eat bacon on our B-day, right?

Hit the sparagus with some of that garlic/butter seasoning. Got an idea, I can still get a fire in the pit going and just drop a grate in there an cook the slabs on the live coals. Ideas, ideas.........well, off to make the idea reality!

If the wife is happy............everyone is happy!
