I don't seek out MSG nor have I ever bought it as a seasoning. But it's in Johnsonville Bratwurst and, as a Sheboygan WI native, I've been eating it a couple times a month since birth without issue.
People are sensitive to different things, so I'm not one to judge in others. But it's never been a problem for me.
