Noob brisket question....
Ok I can cook a butt with my eyes closed and I've done thousands of ribs.... But I've only done about 3 briskest, none of which very good. I have a 12 lb brisky in the fridge & Oakridge BBQ Black Ops!
My question is how long to cook this brisket @ 225*?
I'm using a traeger jr with the digital thermastate.
