I have absolutely no interest in cooking "commercial" BBQ--too much work for this old Farker
But, I just got the flyer for the NBBQA Conference in Mobile in Feb.
Looks like lots of great and useful info for those in the business or wanting to get into it.
NBBQA has really been growing in the last few years and seems to be a great "Trade Association" for the Commercial BBQ industry.
Maybe someone will find this interesting.
