First cook on the drum
Broke in the uds with a simple pork shoulder rubbed with a combination of Simply Marvelous Cherry Rub and Dizzy Dust. Little bit of a learning curve but overall very happy with the outcome. Sorry about the blurry picture of the meat pulled,but it was very moist and delicious.
