I use this on back strap and steaks


1 tbl k- salt,
1 tbl fine ground coffee,
1/2 tsp blk pepper( table grind),
1/2 tsp onion powder,
1/4 tsp ancho chili powder
I never met a Cow that I didn't like with a little Salt & Pepper! Certified PORK-A-HOLIC
