Using the default PID settings on a ceramic kamado cooker for a long cook yesterday I found I was getting pretty big temp swings.

I wasn't too worried for the cook but would like to get the swings down.
Does anyone use a ceramic kamado with one of Wangs products at all? If so what are your PID settings?
