Steph, you talking bout a carving station type set up? Secondly, there is nothing elegant about my family or hers! While everyone may not show up, I still need to account for the big appetites on both sides of the family. Or are the sirloins you are talking about, steaks?

I was also thinking about something along the lines of a chicken breast (grilled). You guys have some suggestions on a really good sauce for em? Like a marsala or something.
