So, I'll be cooking for her suprise party, which she already knows about.

Anyhow, I've done chuck rolls, butts, whole fryers, green chile casseroles, brisket etc. I'd REALLY like to try something different! Gear is no problem. Between all the stuff I have and family, I can get access to just about anything. Not to mention I still have Grillzilla and can grill a feast on that thing at once. I should be able to grill, if needed, on site. On the invite list is 100 peeps, I doubt all will show, but will still 70 + or so. I have until the 29th to set the menu. I've got the main course and family will take over all the sides and dessert.
I'd REALLY like to crank out a few trays of this stuff, BUT kicked up a few thousand notches!

Any ideas????
