everyone keep asking how i like the ribs the PBC way. they're good. i need to figured out how to make them my way. piece of cake.
i'm loving the ease of using the PBC as well as the great tasting food coming off of it. light her up and away we go.

rested then cutup. my son and i loved them. very good ribs.

this is a cooking machine. very easy to use and just alot of fun. the most important part is that every piece of food coming off the PBC is cooked perfectly. everyone should get a Pit Barrel Cooker for themselves. you will love it.
