Has anyone had a fire box or fire ring shipped under warranty. Just curious how shipping is handled on these bigger, heavier and more delicate items when a dealer is not local.

Ive had a replacement ash drawer and cast iron top vent shipped to me free of charge. Pretty big and heavy box too. I dont doubt that even if I needed a new firebox or the sort it would cost me nothing for shipping hence the warranty.
