Well, I started with this:
Some leftover pulled pork and some garlic, cheddar and bacon whipped potatoes. Then I decided on adding this:
sauted up some onions and green peppers and figured in some SM season all:
Here's the mix:
All mixed together:
Then I made a carmelized onion, sour cream and mushroom sauce:
The finished sauce:
At this point I formed the potato and pulled pork mixture into patties and sprinkled with the SM season all:
Fried up 3 of these patties:
Plated with a bed of the onion and mushroom sauce w/some gingered carrots and peas:
There is also a side dish of avacado and tomatoes with some honey mustard dressing:
Just a total experiment on my part, but turned out to be quite delicious, and the good part is I have leftovers of the leftovers for tomorrows lunch I suppose. It was definately good enough to have it again.
