1/2 lb of unsalted butter per bird 1 tbl Tony Cacheres per 1/2 lb of butter melt butter on low heat along with the seasoning once the butter is melted steep 10 min and inject.
I never met a Cow that I didn't like with a little Salt & Pepper! Certified PORK-A-HOLIC
