½ cup olive oil
½ cup soy sauce
5 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon black pepper
3 tablespoons fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
Combine ingredients in a zip lock bag with flank steak; marinate in fridge for about 2 hours. Grill on medium high for about 5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
