I did not know your smoker can burn charcoal and chip/chunks of wood. Perhaps you should take out "Pellet" from the name of the smoker it might cause confusion, I like most people will automatically assume it only does pellets. The Rebel pellet smoker seems to be popular as well you may want to look at that model.

It may be smarter to position your demonstration smokers closer to Texas or even more east. The states that are known for BBQ in the US are Texas, Kansas, The Carolinas(North&South) and Tennessee. If you look on the map you will see that Los Angeles is no where near any of those states but I think you went to California because the shipping is cheaper?
