Smoking turkey breasts last minute - need timing advice
Boss asked me to smoke up two ~8# turkey breasts for our office Thanksgiving party tomorrow. Obviously there will be no brining due to time constraints. If anyone knows roughly how long it might take to cook these partial birds that would be super helpful so I can plan appropriately for tomorrow morning.
Planning to cook 325-350F.
