Bacon wrapped pork loin?
I want to do a Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin today on the smoker. I plan to cook until internal temp of 145-150, but what is a good rule of thumb for cooking time per pound at 250? I have always done them on the grill, but want to put this in my BWS.
