**Red Weber Master-Touch/Cajun Bandit Conversion**
Since I got the new Stacker for the 22" Kettle/WSM from Cajun Bandit, I've been working it out on the Performer, and the CB center section was getting neglected and in need of a facelift.
Added an internal ash pan from a Happy Cooker kettle, two charcoal grates wired together in an # pattern for lump use, secured to the stainless steel ring.
20 Qt. stainless mixing bowl
Added an extra set of brackets for 3 cook grate capacity
Couple cans of Dupli-Color Engine Red and we're good to go!
I've got a BBQ Guru adapter ready to install with a kill plug. One Touch or Guru-best o' both worlds!
It is an "N" 1991 kettle
