Had a hankerin' for some protein.
Went to BJ's picked up a Ribeye about an 1" thick.
Seasoned that cut up with EVOO, rubbed with some Simply Marvelous Sweet & Spicy and let it sit.
Got my small up to about 550°.
Then she hit the grate along with a naked Bubba Burger for my 8 year old.
Here is the plated cut, served with mini Spinach Pie and a cheesy, broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mix.
