I've seen a few tater tot pizza's on tv so figured I would make one. Did it for my Tuesday Egg pizza night along with a leftover pulled pork pizza and a half meatball pizza. Tuesday is becoming my favorite day of the week.
Here is the half meatball.
Pork pizza with pork leftover from last weekends competition. For the sauce I use half bbq sauce and half ranch or blue cheese.
Here is the bacon tot pizza ready for the egg. I did of course heat the tots in the oven ahead of time.
Tot pizza done. It was really good. Tots were crunchy and it was great with the bacon. Going to make it again next week and maybe try a new variation.
