That particular step entailed:
3/4 of a lg. onion
4 jalapenos seeded
3 green peppers
what i had done, was add about ¼ can of beer and foiled at 170* and cooked until 205*.
the veggies obviously steamed, and it ended up with way to much juice in the bottom of the pan.
i was hoping for more a roasting affect. my dumb oversight in foiling the pan.
