Today we smoked some beef ribs on the ceramic Vision grill we recently got.. Its been a LONG time since I've done beef ribs that weren't chopped down to nubs by Costco/Sam's Club -- got these at Restaurant Depot..

Here's the ribs in a home made teriyaki marinade... Fridged for ~4 hours
I forgot to snap some photos of it cooking.. I did the 3-2-1 method..
