Did Butcher's and FAB once. I didn't care for it and nor did the judges. I was all over the place for a while with brisket until I just kept tweaking my injection. I do add a few other things to the Butcher's and that has seemed to work so far. I actually tweaked again before our last comp and I hope I have finally hit the nail on the head because it did get a 180. We will see the next comp I guess.
