I reached a fear factor of the ribs coming out too dry so I ended up wrapping in foil for the last 1.5 hrs and dropped the temp down to about 200d. Everything worked out pretty good. Even more so the wife was very pleased with my first attempt. I guess I have the thumbs up for the future smoked ribs
