It's not cheap but is very high quality, food grade, parts are available like "O" rings, hoses, canulas, etc. I've used it for competition and many cooks for 200-400 people.
+1 on that one.
I just used it last weekend and had 16 butts injected in MAYBE 10 minutes. Works awesome.
