With one caveat: by all means supply utensils, but don't use ones that you'd die if you didn't get them back. You may very well have to hunt among different trays to recreate your set, and I've had a number of times where I sent in six implements and got back five or fewer.
Don't practice until you get it right; practice until you can't get it wrong.
Don't overthink or undercook.
