catering for 200+
In a little over two weeks I've been asked to provided: pp beans slaw potato salad rolls buns and tea. Of course I will be cooking my pulled pork this weekend pulling it then vacuum seal it. My questions are: should I just throw the pp thats in the vaccum packs into boiling water to heat it all. (Getting there early to do so) :beans I'm going to buy #10 cans of beans and Dr them up a bit will the best way to do this and heat them up be put them in a turkey fryer pot and warm them up then put in my warming pans?? : how early should I get there to start this im cooking 125lbs of raw pork 10 #10 cans of beans Im ok on the slaw potato salad tea. Just needing some advice on the other. Thanks brethren!
