My dad has been making Brunswick Stew since I can remember. Whatever he'd come home with after a day's hunt, was what went in the pot. Most often, I remember venison, rabbit, with some pork added. Sometimes with corn bread, and sometimes with a big crusty loaf of country bread or pumpernickel. Delicious. Love your researched pieces, Joe. Keep 'em coming.
