That's a great build there Moose! I think the propane idea will suit me fine as I probably won't do more than one or two pies for a dinner and I hate to waste wood and charcoal for one quick cook. (I do that enough with steaks

)
One concern of mine is, does the kettle seem solid enough on the burner? I mean, when you're putting pies on and off, does the kettle want to wabble at all?
