I just wanted to share my lazyman's UDS. I added a pellet hopper system from Smoke Daddy. Using a plasma cutter made cutting the hole and the lip of the drum super easy. All in all the unit works well and I would highly recommend it. I was up and running very quickly.

UDS with Pellet Pro Auger System from Smoke Daddy

3 Babyback ribs at 225F for 4 hours.
