Hey gang, yesterday i smoked some ribs, it was my first time smoking them, they were a great success, everyone loved it. I also thank everyone here for helping me get to this point, thanks guys. I started out with St Louise style spare ribs from Costco, they already come trimmed, all i did was remove the membrane. . I rubbed the ribs down a few hours before putting in on the smoker. I had the temps from 275-300. I must say it was my first time using briquettes and they performed well, very balanced, i don't think ill use mesquite coals anymore. maybe oak coals and briquettes. Anyways ill shut up, sorry for the mixed pictures, some are from my Canon 5d II and some are from the iphone.
